If you have a child that you will be registering, please have the following information ready to enter and upload to this link:

Student Registration and Annual Information Update​​

​

• Valid picture id with current address

• Original birth certificate

• Drop slip from previous school if applicable

• Original Social Security Card

• Shot record - Immunization Record

• Custody papers if applicable  

• 4 proofs of residency including a valid driver's license with the address of the current residence (Other acceptable proofs: utility bill, current water, current phone bill, cable bill, garbage/waste pickup bill, gas bill, tax return, public assistance, voter registration.) Proofs of residence must have physical address listed.

Note:

*Residency affidavits must be updated each year. 

*Students must be five years old by September 30 to be eligible for Kindergarten.

*Please bring LEAP scores if taken at previous schools.
